Mike is the Chief Operating Officer at Valet Living and has broad experience in operations improvement and turn-around work across multiple industries. Before joining Valet Living, he served as a consultant for senior leaders of companies owned by private equity, leading continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and food service. Prior to that, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for the Eastern Division of Simmons Bedding, drastically improving customer satisfaction and increasing profitability while supporting the introduction of new channels and the largest product redesign in the company’s history. Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; he is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Sensei from Villanova University.
