Multifamily communities of more than five homes must provide educational information to tenants and employees about the requirement to separate food waste, recycling and trash from each other.
Residents and employees must be educated about the correct way to separate the three waste streams (food waste, recycling and trash) on a yearly basis
All new residents must be educated on the proper sorting techniques within 14 days of moving-in
