  • Supports community team members with clerical and administrative tasks when necessary
  • Greets and screens all visitors entering the building to ensure that only approved vendors and guests are granted access
  • Manages all inbound phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate community team member when necessary
  • Manages orders and supplies for coffee, tea and beverage machines; maintains clubhouse amenities and freight elevator schedules

  • Provides outstanding on-site service with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure and provide cheerful assistance to others
  • Facilitates the delivery of amenity services via links to local resources
  • Maintains residents’ dry-cleaning, keeping pickups and drops offs organized
  • Manages package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of delivery

  • Organizes transportation

Our entire W-2 workforce is completely I-9 reviewed, certified annually and covered under our workers’ compensation insurance policy, which translates to zero liability on the community’s part.

Our associates also provide an extra set of eyes that protect your community when you and your leasing staff are not on-site at night.
