Have your residents been putting off spring cleaning? Let us do it for them! Residents can now choose between a standard or deep clean, and a trusted Home Valet will come to clean their apartments!

Pet Walking

We know that things come up and your residents can’t always be there for their furry loved ones, so let us become their pets’ next best friend. Our trained pet caregivers can meet your residents’ dog or cat and give him or her one or two tail-waggin’ visits or walks a day.

Package Delivery

Often seen as an extension of your leasing staff, package delivery will be managed through Valet Living’s concierge office for both pick-up and in-home delivery during an agreed-upon schedule at your community.

Dry Cleaning & Laundry

We partner with local dry cleaners to clean and press your residents’ clothes and offer in-home pickup and delivery; all managed through the Valet Living Home app.

Trash Pick Up

We know how hectic your residents’ lives can be, and sometimes they forget to put out the trash. Now residents will get real-time live updates when your Valet Living Service Valet arrives at your community, so they’ll never miss a trash pick-up again!
