Hello Quick Turns Contractors,
First and foremost, I hope you and your family are healthy and well. Quick Turns by Valet Living’s core values emphasize ensuring the well-being of our people and the community, and never has that been more important than during this time of great uncertainty regarding COVID-19.

To help keep our contractors, clients and the residents we serve safe, we are requiring all of our contractors to implement additional safety precautions to the standard operating procedures (SOP). Those additional requirements are detailed in the SOPs available from your District Manager (DM).

In addition to the SOP changes, we also require that you implement the following additional safety precautions:

  • Maintain social distancing wherever possible if you happen to interact with residents, maintenance staff or anyone else while you are servicing a community.
  • Review and abide by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s guidelines and frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19, a copy of which is attached to this communication.
  • We have implemented a 3-point health-check for you to follow and enforce with each worker that will be servicing any of our client’s communities.  Please apply this health-check before performing any service. If the answer is “yes” to any of the following, please contact your Quick Turns project manager immediately:
    • Do you have a fever, or have you in the last 24 hours?
    • Are you experiencing a cough, or are you having difficulty breathing?
    • To your knowledge, have you been exposed to anyone with COVID-19?
  • Please ensure that you are wearing all of the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the entire duration of your job.
    • If you do not have the necessary PPE, please contact your Quick Turns project manager and reschedule the job.

By accepting a job assignment with Quick Turns by Valet Living, you acknowledge to have received, reviewed, and accepted the additional SOP and safety requirements for performing services for valet living and its clients. These additional requirements are detailed in the SOPs available from your DM and shall remain in place until further notice.

Ante todo, espero que usted y su familia estén sanos y bien. Los valores fundamentales de Quick Turns by Valet Living hacen hincapié en garantizar el bienestar de nuestra gente y la comunidad, y nunca ha sido tan importante como durante este tiempo de gran incertidumbre con respecto a COVID-19.

Para ayudar a mantener seguros a nuestros contratistas, clientes y residentes a los que servimos, estamos exigiendo a todos nuestros contratistas que implementen precauciones de seguridad adicionales a los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP). Esos requisitos adicionales se detallan en los SOP disponibles de su Gerente de Distrito (DM).

Además de los cambios de, también requerimos que implemente las siguientes precauciones de seguridad adicionales:

  • Hemos implementado un control de salud de 3 puntos para que pueda seguir y hacer cumplir con cada trabajador que prestará servicios a cualquiera de las comunidades de nuestros clientes. Aplique este control de salud antes de realizar cualquier servicio. Si la respuesta es “sí” a cualquiera de las siguientes preguntas, comuníquese con su gerente de proyecto de Quick Turns de inmediato:
    • ¿Tiene fiebre o las ha tenido en las últimas 24 horas?
    • ¿Tiene tos o tiene dificultad para respirar?
    • Que usted sepa, ¿ha estado expuesto a alguien con COVID-19?
  • Asegúrese de usar todo el equipo de protección personal (EPP) requerido durante toda la duración de su trabajo.
    • Si no tiene el EPP necesario, comuníquese con su gerente de proyecto de Quick Turns y reprograme el trabajo.
