How to Download the Valet Living Home app

The Valet Living Home app is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To get started, follow these easy steps and we’ll be cleaning your apartment in no time!

  1. Download the “Valet Living Home” app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Sign up for a new account with your social media log in or email address.
  3. Complete your user profile.  Don’t forget to upload your photo!
  4. Select the service you would like to use – and fill out your desired time and date!
    1. For Pet Walking, remember to first set up your consultation with one of our trained Home Valets.
  5. To purchase a service, you will need to enter your credit card information.  Your initial fees will be deducted from your wallet, and your card will only be charged after your wallet funds are empty.
    1. Leaseholders over 18 will get their wallet loaded with $50 in FREE credit to spend on any household service during the first month.
  6. Be sure to grant our Home Valets scheduled access so we can do the heavy lifting when you’re not home!

Profile Page

Where can I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information including your profile picture, address, phone number and emergency contact in the Profile section under “My Settings.” To edit this information, click on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app and then click “My Settings.”

Where can I update my pet information?

You can add or remove pets and edit your pet information including emergency contact by clicking on “Pet” under “My Settings.”

Where can I see my orders placed?

You can see the details of all your active, past and cancelled orders in the “Service Orders” section under “My Settings.”

My wallet is out of funds – how can I make an additional purchase?

To purchase a service, you will need to enter your credit card information.  Your initial fees will be deducted from your wallet, and your card will only be charged after your wallet funds are empty.

When will my credit card be charged?

Once you place an order, there will be a hold on your credit card for the full amount of the order.  Your card will only be charged after the service is complete.

My plans have changed, and I need to change my ordered service, where can I do that?

You can modify or cancel your order up to 2 hours before a booked service.  After 2 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You must click on the Service Orders section under “My Settings.”

I cancelled an order within my cancellation window. How soon will I get my refund?

The entire amount of the ordered service will be refunded to your credit card by Valet Living Home the same business day.  Banks have varying time windows for when the actual funds will be placed back on your card. If your funds are being deducted from your wallet balance, this will take two business days to reappear in your wallet.

The funds in my wallet are not enough to cover the order I would like to purchase; how can I still purchase the service?

To purchase a service with partial wallet funds, you will first need to add a card to your profile.  After the wallet funds are used, the remainder of the order will be charged to your card on file.


Where can I update my home access options?

Click on “Home Access” under “My Settings” to edit your home access preferences.  These preferences will be set to all future orders.

How will I get notified once an order is confirmed?

Default settings will notify you via SMS text, email and in-app notification once an order is confirmed, completed, and when a Home Valet has entered your home.  You can edit these settings under “Notifications” in your settings.


I am moving out and would like Valet Living to clean my apartment afterwards. Can this be accommodated?

Yes.  As long as the apartment is still within the lease terms and all utilities are still on, we can accommodate your move out clean.

I want to order a service, but I don’t have the Valet Living Home app, can I still place an order?

The easiest way to order a service is by downloading the Valet Living Home app.  If you do not have a smart phone, you can visit: and place an order through our web app.

My Home Valet is late for the scheduled service, what should I do?

Please note there is a 15-minute arrival time window. If your Home Valet is outside the window, please call the Valet Living Home Support team at 813-248-1327 or email them at

I have not granted access, and I will not be home when my Home Valet arrives. Will my service still be completed?

At the time of your service, your Home Valet will knock on your door three times and wait for 5 minutes.  After that time, your Home Valet will try to contact you via SMS text message.  If there is still no response, your Home Valet will then call the number in your profile. If there is still no response, the order will not be completed, and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.  The easiest way to avoid this is by granting in home access.

Why was there a different Home Valet performing my service than the one assigned to me at the time I placed my order?

We will always do our best to send the assigned Home Valet, but in case of Home Valet scheduling emergencies, you might receive a different Home Valet than who was assigned at the time you ordered the service.  All our Home Valets are background-checked and highly-trained for the services that they are performing.

How do I enroll into the “Save me money” program?

Click on the “Save me money” service icon, and you will be redirected to a website that will require you to register. Please use the registration code QEDGCA and enter your information to complete the registration process. Once you have registered you will see the exclusive discounts that are offered!

My registration code does not work

Please email with a screenshot of the issue or error that you are experiencing. We will work to resolve the issue immediately so that you can take advantage of all BenefitHub has to offer!

I’m having trouble logging in

Please use the “forgot my password” button on the website to reset your password. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email with a detailed description of your issue. If possible, please attach screenshots of the errors or issues you are encountering.

Will the discounts last forever?

No, the discounts do expire and will be replaced by new discounts from other partners!

Can I get discounts in other categories not listed on the website?

Please submit a request to with details on what you would like to see in BenefitHub. Though we may not be able to guarantee the discount you have asked for, we will work with our partners and try our best to make it happen!

Is there a cash back feature?

No, this discount program is only offered to registered Valet Living Home users and residents.
