- Eligibility: The 2022 Spring Break Pump Incentive (the “Incentive”) is open only to active hourly or day rate operations associates with a Service Valet Driver with Truck or Trailer, Service Valet in Training Driver with Truck or Trailer, or Service Valet Lead job profile in Workday (the “Eligible Associates”) during the incentive period identified below. Associates driving vehicles provided by the company are ineligible. The Incentive is subject to these rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Incentive Period: The program will begin Sunday, March 27, 2022 and ends Saturday, April 23, 2022.
- How to Participate: Eligible Associates are automatically entered into the Incentive by actively working their scheduled shift(s) during the Incentive Period, which must include two Sundays. Exceptions will be made for communities that do not have Sunday service.
- Bonus: Eligible associates will receive a $12.00 bi-weekly gas relief bonus paid via payroll direct deposit on the normally scheduled pay cycle. Payments will be grossed up to cover the applicable payroll taxes. Payroll taxes will be withheld from the bonus award as required by law. Bonus awards that associate receive are counted as income in the year in which they are paid. Therefore, the bonus payment is part of the associate’s total income for the 2022 tax year.

We are all feeling the effects of the recent increase in gas prices, and Valet Living wants to help! All SV drivers with trucks or trailers are eligible for a gas relief bonus starting this Sunday, March 27.
It’s simple — all you need to do is work your scheduled shift which must include Sunday coverage for an extra $12.00 to be added to your bi-weekly paycheck (and Valet Living will cover the taxes)! It really is that easy! The program runs through Saturday, April 23. See below for official details.

- Limitations: Payment of the bonus compensation is at the discretion of Valet Living management. Valet Living reserves the right to review, amend, suspend, and/or terminate this plan at any time. While Valet Living will communicate changes, changes do not require prior notification to eligible associates. An associate’s participation in the plan shall not be construed as an employment contract or as a promise of continuing employment between Valet Living and the associate. Employment with Valet Living is terminable at will. Either the associate or Valet Living may terminate the relationship without cause or for any reason at any time.
- Disputes: This incentive plan is governed by the laws of the United States and Florida, without respect to the conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of receiving the Incentive, participant agrees that in any dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
