June 28, 2021 /Hispanic Executive/ Keith Loria — Growing up in New York City, Henry Toledo saw firsthand the role that businesses can play in supporting families. His father decided to move back to Peru when he was just four years old, so his mom had to figure out how to support them both. Toledo still remembers the day his mom went to his father’s former boss and told him in broken English that she needed to work. He gave her a job driving a delivery truck.
