Professional cleaning companies offer advice for sanitizing and disinfecting common areas of multifamily living facilities during COVID-19.
July 7, 2020 — “Valet Living Home, a division of Valet Living, provides in-home services for residents, like pet visits and home cleaning. With social distancing, all of that changed. Valet Living Home was able to transition its cleaning staff to work on common areas around the property.
“We found that the standard operating procedures we had in place for cleaning a home really translated to common areas,” said Michelle Flood, Regional Sales Executive for Valet Living Home. “Then we just made sure that we adjusted our SOPs to follow CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) standards.”
