How do Valet Living District Managers
and their teams deliver exceptional service?
With his admirable motivation from years of competitive swimming, to his natural ability to lead from years in the military, we recognize Daniel Garcia, District Manager at the SOBA community in Jacksonville, Florida for his commitment to service excellence.
Daniel is no stranger to training for excellence. From his deep military background, to his continued competitive swimming career, he knows that success all starts with good training.
“When I took over the job of a previous district manager who moved to a different role, I ‘relieved the watch’ in a sense. It was a very memorable moment for me because I went right into training and learned so much in just a couple weeks. I had to put my DM hat on and step up to the plate, but I was able to do that with the seamless training. I not only knew exactly what I was getting myself into, but how to succeed in this role.”
A Team You Can Count On
Being a good district manager would be impossible without a loyal team. District managers like Daniel rely on their committed service valets to show up each and every day, and help him serve their residents to the excellent standards Valet Living promises.
“My guys always get things done and without a complaint. I try to bring what I’ve learned from the military and bring it on over to the civilian side and teach them that, at the end of the day, you don’t wanna be in the same position. You always want to advance, and hopefully, eventually take my job!”
