We’ve also created a dedicated recruiting team for each region to take over hiring responsibilities, ensuring that we are always fully staffed.
This shift entails reallocating responsibilities previously held by DMs to concentrate their efforts more squarely on meeting your needs.
OMs will be pivotal in supporting our operations behind the scenes, from coordinating logistics to optimizing workflows. Their addition ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently and that we are better poised to respond to inquiries, all of which will contribute to an enhanced experience for you.
